Custom Made Garments: Design your unique style with our DESIGN LAB! Custom-made garments are specially crafted for you and, as such, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled. We do not offer refunds for custom-made garments.

Production & Delivery:

• Custom jackets with embroidery or patches: 3-4 weeks for production.
• Plain jackets: 2 weeks for production.
• After shipping, delivery takes approximately 4-5 working days.
• We strive to meet our internal deadlines. In case of material unavailability, we may need a few extra days.
• All orders within the United States and worldwide are shipped via DHL and FedEx.

To calculate jacket costs, use our Jacket Builder, selecting the jacket type, materials, and decorations. The total cost is displayed on the top right. For shipping costs, add the jacket to your cart and provide the shipping address.

Note: Jacket prices vary based on materials, sizes, and embroideries/patches. All applicable discounts and ongoing offers are already applied.

Shipping Rates:

• US & Canada: $25
• Japan: $40
• Rest of the World: $35

Returns:

• Jackets customized using DESIGN LAB are not returnable.
• Returns of plain (non-decorated) stock jackets require prior authorization and are subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee or $35 (whichever is greater) within 10 days of delivery.
• Claims for damaged or defective jackets must be made within 10 days of receipt.
• Decorated jackets with incorrect personalization must be reported within 10 days for appropriate action.
• Worn or altered garments are not returnable.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at contact@hollywoodwears.com for a return-authorization number.

Exchanges (In-stock Items):

• In-stock plain jackets can be exchanged. Contact us with your order number, specify the returned jacket, and describe the new jacket you want.
• The returned jacket will be credited, and the new jacket(s) will be charged to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable.

Cancellation or Change:

• Notify us within 24 hours for cancellations or changes.
• Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.
